I. God's Blessing.
In what way does God bless?
1. God blesses through His eternal plans:

1. A blessing is a hopeful prayer.

A prayer of blessing is one way of asking for God's divine favor to rest upon
others.
a. Bless and keep them (favor and protect)
b. Make His face shine upon them (be pleased)
c. Be gracious (merciful and compassionate)
d. Turn His face toward them (give His approval)
e. Give peace

Psalm 103
Everything everywhere is to bless the Lord: all angels, host, ministers and all nations. To bless God is to praise Him, remember all He has done for us (103:2), fearing Him and obeying His commands (103: 17 & 18) and serving Him constantly (103:21) is your life a blessing to the Lord.
