How can we find purpose in our life?
1. We find purpose in obedience to God:
Numbers 9:15-23 Key on vs. 23
When you follow Gods guidance, you know you are where God wants you,
whether you're moving or staying in one place. You are physically somewhere
right now. Instead of praying, "God what do you want me to do next?" Ask
God, what do you want me to do while I'm right here?"
A. Obedience keeps our relationship with God open and free.
Gen. 3:10-11
Adam and Eve got what they wanted: an intimate knowledge of both
good and evil. But God says that true freedom comes from obedience
and knowing what not to do.
B. Obedience to God often keeps us from harm.

2. We find purpose in trusting God.

Look at your values and priorities. What is important to you? In what area have
you not acknowledged Him? (In all your ways)
3. We find purpose in becoming like Christ.
2 Thess. 1:11 Romans 8:29 1 John 3:2 Phil. 1:6
To be "worthy" of this calling means to want to do what is right and good (as
Christ would). We aren't perfect yet, but we're moving in that direction as God
works in us.
