How do we act or react as a child of God when you are at the bottom or at the top?
God is watching!
Proverbs 15:3
If God is watching how do we act or react as His child. Join me as we look at the last half of the book of Proverbs for Godly direction.
Begin with Godly wisdom. Proverbs 1:7; 9:10
Proverbs 15:16 (New Living Translation) 16 Better to have little, with fear for the LORD, than to have great treasure and inner turmoil.
Proverbs 22:4 (New Living Translation) 4 True humility and fear of the LORD lead to riches, honor, and long life.
Run to Him.
Proverbs 18:10 (New Living Translation) 10 The name of the LORD is a strong fortress; the godly run to him and are safe.
Proverbs 19:8 (New Living Translation) 8 To acquire wisdom is to love oneself; people who cherish understanding will prosper.
Proverbs 19:20 (New Living Translation) 20 Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life.
Follow Him.
Proverbs 19:21 (New Living Translation) 21 You can make many plans, but the LORD's purpose will prevail.
Proverbs 20:18 (New Living Translation) 18 Plans succeed through good counsel; don't go to war without wise advice.
Proverbs 21:30 (New Living Translation) 30 No human wisdom or understanding or plan can stand against the LORD.
In all things obey Him.
Proverbs 20:19 (New Living Translation) 19 A gossip goes around telling secrets, so don't hang around with chatterers.
Proverbs 20:22 (New Living Translation) 22 Don't say, "I will get even for this wrong." Wait for the LORD to handle the matter.
Proverbs 27:1-2 (New Living Translation) 1 Don't brag about tomorrow, since you don't know what the day will bring. 2 Let someone else praise you, not your own mouth- a stranger, not your own lips.
Remember God is watching.
Proverbs 20:27 (New Living Translation) 27 The LORD's light penetrates the human spirit, exposing every hidden motive.
Proverbs 21:2 (New Living Translation) 2 People may be right in their own eyes, but the LORD examines their heart.
Shine as His child.

1 Choose a good reputation over great riches; being held in high esteem is better than silver or gold.
Proverbs 22:5 (New Living Translation) 5 Corrupt people walk a thorny, treacherous road; whoever values life will avoid it.
Proverbs 24:17-18 (New Living Translation) 17 Don't rejoice when your enemies fall; don't be happy when they stumble.
18 For the LORD will be displeased with you and will turn his anger away from them.
Proverbs 26:27 (New Living Translation) 27 If you set a trap for others, you will get caught in it yourself. If you roll a boulder down on others, it will crush you instead.
Proverbs 27:19 (New Living Translation) 19 As a face is reflected in water, so the heart reflects the real person.
Live wisely. Proverbs 6:1-5
Proverbs 22:7 (New Living Translation) 7 Just as the rich rule the poor, so the borrower is servant to the lender.
Proverbs 22:26 (New Living Translation) 26 Don't agree to guarantee another person's debt or put up security for someone else.
Proverbs 22:6 (New Living Translation) 6 Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.
